Ways to Submit Leads

Embed Widget

Copy a single <script> tag and <div> onto your website. The widget renders a branded lead form that submits directly to our system. No server-side code required on your end.

The widget automatically loads available case types and handles form validation, submission, and success/error messaging.

REST API

Use our documented API endpoints to programmatically submit leads from your CRM, custom application, or automation platform.

Authenticate with your API key via the X-Api-Key header. Retrieve case types from the public endpoint, then POST lead data in JSON format.

Affiliate Portal

Log into the portal to manage your account, view your submitted leads, regenerate your API key, and manage whitelisted domains.

The dashboard gives you a real-time breakdown of your leads by status: Pending, Accepted, Rejected, and Referred Out.

Domain Whitelisting

Register the domains where you'll embed our widget. Only requests originating from your approved domains are accepted — providing security for both parties.

Add or remove domains any time from the Settings page in your portal.
